Captain America Versus Marvel Heros
In Marvel Comics’ next major event series, Marvel’s superheroes will take on Captain America himself. According to ABC News, the nine-issue miniseries — titled Secret Empire — comes in the aftermath of last year’s Civil War II event, and will pick up with the larger Marvel Universe learning that Captain America is secretly an agent of Hydra.
New Jay and Silent Bob movie announced
In a post on Facebook this week director Kevin Smith showed the cover page for a new script he’s writing for a new Jay and Silent Bob film. In the post he talks about Clerks III getting canceled because one of the key actors not signing on and Mallrats 2 not getting to be made because it’s being turned into a TV show. So instead he’ll be making a new Jay and Silent Bob movie, because he owns those characters and no one can stop him from making it.
New Firefly interest by Fox
Ever since Joss Whedon's Firefly was prematurely canceled there's been a lot of talk regarding a revival or Serenity sequel. At least a couple times a year there's some kind of report about Whedon, Nathan Fillion, and the other actors being asked if it could ever happen.
No one has ever said it won't happen. It's just one of these things where there would have to be a perfect storm of things to happen before there was any kind of movement. Most everyone involved with the original series are keeping busy doing other projects.
Fox Broadcasting President of Entertainment David Madden recently talked about it in an interview with Rotten Tomatoes. He told them that he would consider doing it if Joss Whedon wants to do it.

Netflix announces Castlevania series
The hit video game franchise Castlevania is being developed as a TV series by Netflix! The news was tucked away in a press release from Netflix that simply said: Castlevania Season 1, Part 1 Coming to Netflix in 2017.
There are no details beyond that. This might be the same animated Castlevania project that was reportedly going into development about a month ago.

Uptown Funk w/Family Guy voices
(Play Video w/Music)
Mikey Bolts has made a name for himself with his Family Guy impressions (particularly Peter and Stewie Griffin) for a few years. Now he’s taking on “Uptown Funk,” and it’s rather brilliant. Stewie and Peter are at the forefront, but he manages to bring in some other characters from Family Guy, American Dad, and even King of the Hill. The catchphrases aren’t a hindrance here; they’re essential.
