This movie looks surprisingly good. Kristen Stewart is believable as a stoner. Also, it’s great to see Jessie Eisenberg get an action role. I'll be watching the movie when it comes out Aug. 21, 2015.
Wildstar Online, a popular massively multiplayer online game (MMO), launched July 2014 to great reviews. The MMO incorporated a wonderful combat system, with unique graphics, and supportive community. The developers have announced that they are going to go Free-to-Play this Fall.

It was announced today that one of our favorite Netflix original shows, Grace and Frankie, has been renewed by Netflix for a second season. The show stars Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, Martin Sheen and Sam Waterston.

Charter Communications is buying Time Warner Cable (TWC) in a deal that values the latter, larger company at $78.7 billion. The two firms will merge together under the newly created parent company New Charter, which will become the second biggest cable provider in the US after Comcast.
From the clip it looks like they took the original Point Break added a dash of Robin Hood and made it more “Extreme.” We’ll see how it turns out when it hits theaters Dec. 25th, 2015.

UC Berkeley’s Biomimetic Millisystems Lab recently paired its speedy running VelociRoACH with its flying H2Bird ornithopter. Creating a robot that can move on land and fly is difficult so UC Berkeley combined two different robots instead.
Periscope is a live streaming video app, created by Twitter, that lets users send or view other user’s live video broadcasts. The app has a growing user base that can now expand into the Android market.
Arizona Sunshine is one of the first games announced for the soon to be released VR system HTC Vive. The trailer shows one unlucky individual having to fend off a zombie. The game seems to take advantage of the excellent person and hand tracking capabilities of the system forcing the player to move away from the zombie and reload manually if they run out of ammo.
