This is the second installment of Justice League: Gods and Monsters, a project that will release a series of animated episodes daily June 8th – 12th. This time we get to see Superman face off against Brainiac.
According to Bruce Tim, director of these shorts, this alternate world Superman is very different from the traditional man of steel.
Superman was adopted by Mexican immigrants to America, rather than farmers in the heartland, and exposure to racial bigotry at a young age has significantly altered his perspective on America as a country.
