Duty.
Honor.
Power.
The orc city of Rockfang has been home to legendary War Chiefs for centuries. As next in line to the Bone Throne, Durzum intends to continue that tradition. However, his rise to power is not without its challenges inside and outside the city. Perhaps his most dangerous foes are the mysterious travelers, called Star Children. They spawn outside of Rockfang periodically, and while some have good intentions, there are those who seek a path of evil. Durzum is joined by his young daughter, Thiasha, who wants nothing more than to make her father proud and ensure his success as War Chief.
Will Durzum navigate the challenges in his path while protecting his beloved daughter?
Is he ready to become the War Chief that the orcs of Rockfang need?
Orcs are not known to shy away from battle. Durzum is not about to start now.
This gamelit novella can be read as a stand-alone work. However, you will get more out of it if you have read Tusk and Blade Book One.

Examination of pain
Short and fairly well executed. Some torture and spawn camping. It's not a happy story. It starts out that way.I'm glad that I read it.
