This episode of the series feels a bit like the Tri-Wizard tournament episode since the other schools finally come to compete in the interschool competition. There’s all the pop culture fun, light romance, and action you’ve come to enjoy from the series, but the big highlight for me this time was the progressively challenging fight scene at the end of the story. It was a good gradual increase in action that ended well.
Also note that the last 10% of the novel is a short sample of a project of the author, I Am Gamer. Which on its own is well worth a read.
