Great action adventure with some surprising early story twists that put the main character (MC) in a different kind of trouble. The consequences were also carried through the story well and I was glad to see that the trouble changed the MC to a degree. There are some reader complaints about the end of the novel, the last 10% or so, which are either short side stories or brief setup stuff for future storylines. I understand the complaints but I didn’t mind as I understood that this novel is a collection of serial stories originally published online and as such you get this type of storytelling sometimes.
